The chemical dosing device can be customized according to user requirements, including options for one container and one pump, two containers and two pumps, online monitoring, and automatic dosing. Firstly, based on the operational needs of the system, the automatic dosing cycle, dosing quantity, dosing time, and dosing frequency are set. During the subsequent operation of the system, when the dosing cycle arrives, the metering pump automatically opens to add chemicals and closes at the designated time. During the drainage cycle, the metering pump stops dosing, and after the designated time, it resumes operation to replenish the lost chemicals from drainage. This maintains the desired chemical concentration within the system. The metering pump closes at the designated time.
